We are a specialist provider of Deposit Protection Insurance and Insurance Backed Guarantees to the home improvement market, including the double glazing, insulation and the renewable energy industries and we provide insurance to customers of a number of recognised UK Consumer Protection organisations.
Whilst we are a new insurer, our team has a wealth of experience in the home improvement market and this is reflected within our insurance policies.
How to Make a Claim
In the event of a damage or defects claim arising in your property, you should contact your Supplier and exhaust their own claims procedures. Where it has been established that the Supplier has ceased to trade you should follow the Terms and Conditions of your policy.
In order to make a claim to Safe World Insurance Group (UK), you must first complete a claim form. Claim forms can be obtained by contacting us on 0330 0520 035, by email firstname.lastname@example.org or in writing: Safe World Insurance Group (UK) Ltd, Centurion House, Leyland Business Park, Centurion Way, Leyland, Lancashire, PR25 3GR.
In the event of any claim under this insurance, unless we agree otherwise in writing, one of our approved installers will be appointed to carry out any necessary work and we shall not be liable for any work carried out without our written authorisation.
